I Speak to Shift Perspectives and Spark Results

When I speak, I am sharing what I have learned from twenty years of sitting with founders and executives while they made the decisions that either built their businesses or cost them dearly.

Some of those decisions I made myself, and some of them cost me two years of my life before I understood what I had got wrong.

What I Speak About

Everything I Talk About Sits Somewhere Between Business, Money, and Who You Actually Are.

Business Strategy and Growth

I talk about what actually makes a business grow and what quietly keeps it stuck. Strategy that sets a clear direction, structure that can carry the weight of growth, and the systems that turn inconsistent effort into consistent results.

Money and Wealth

I talk about wealth in a way that accounts for the person building it. Why the same advice makes one person rich and leaves another stuck, how different people are wired to handle money, and why access and relationships often matter more than the money itself.

Positioning and Visibility

I talk about why being good is not enough on its own. How the right positioning puts you in front of the people who matter, and why the most capable person in the room is often invisible to the opportunities they deserve.

Alignment and Leadership

I talk about what happens when who you are and what you are doing finally line up. Why borrowed strategies fail, why alignment beats effort, and why encouragement is one of the most underused tools a leader has.
The Formats

How I Work

Keynote
(30 to 60 minutes)

A single, structured talk delivered to the full room. I take one idea, build it properly, and land it in a way the audience carries out of the hall. This is the format for conferences and large gatherings that need a session to set the tone at the start or send everyone off at the end.

Fireside Chat
(30 to 45 minutes)

A guided conversation rather than a talk, usually with a host or an interviewer, and open to questions from the room. It works best in smaller, more intimate settings where the audience wants something honest and unscripted rather than a polished presentation, and where the value is in following the conversation wherever it goes.

Workshop
(90 minutes to 3 hours)

A working session where the audience does the work in the room rather than taking notes to act on later. I teach the framework, then we apply it directly to the real businesses in front of me, with breakout exercises and direct feedback. People leave with something built rather than something to build.

Executive Retreat Session

An extended session for a leadership team that needs to make real decisions, not just hear a talk. It combines teaching, facilitation, and hands-on working sessions, and it is designed so the team leaves with a plan it has actually agreed on rather than a document it will argue about the following week.

Working With Me

What to Expect When You Book Me

I do not believe in surprises on event day. Here is exactly what you can expect when you book me, from the first conversation to the final handshake.

  • A conversation before the event about your audience, your theme, and what you need the session to achieve. I do not deliver the same talk to every room.
  • A session built for your audience rather than pulled off a shelf.
  • Whatever promotion helps you fill the room, across my platforms.
  • Someone who shows up on time, respects the run of show, and stays afterwards if the room wants more.
Frequently Asked Question

Questions Organisers Ask

It depends on the format, the location, and what the event needs from me. Tell me about your event and I will give you a straight answer quickly.

Yes, across Nigeria and internationally.

The earlier the better, but ask anyway. If the date is free and the event is right, I will find a way.

That is the only way I work. Every session is built around the audience in front of me.
