Build businesses that are structured, positioned, and grown with intention
Hi, I am Favour Emeli
I started a business years back, did everything right, and consistently failed for two years while people around me doing the same thing were smiling to the bank. That experience taught me the most important lesson I now bring into every room I work in. The system works. Just not the same way for everyone.
What I do is help people stop following someone else’s map and start building a strategy that is actually designed for them. Not a generic plan. Not a framework borrowed from a book. A direction that makes sense for who you are, what you have, and where you are genuinely trying to go.
Over two decades I have worked with founders, executives, and organisations across Nigeria on strategy, structure, positioning, and growth. I have also written three books, host a weekly podcast, lead a private business gathering in Abuja twice a month, and run Atlas Prime Consulting alongside a team that works with businesses serious about getting it right.
I believe that owning 100 percent of a struggling business is still 100 percent of stress. I believe that access matters as much as ability. I believe that structure protects everything. And I believe that when your identity, your direction, and your strategy are aligned, the work stops feeling like a struggle and starts producing results that last.
If any of that sounds like the conversation you have been looking for, you are in the right place.
How I Work With You
There are several ways to work with me, depending on where you are and what you need.
I Consult
I work with businesses on the four things that determine whether they grow or stall. The strategy that sets your direction, the structure that lets you scale without breaking, the positioning that brings the right people to you and the growth that follows once those three are working together.
Every engagement starts with understanding your business before I recommend anything.
I Speak
I speak at conferences, corporate events, executive retreats, and leadership forums across Nigeria and internationally.
My sessions draw on two decades of sitting in rooms with founders and executives while they made the decisions that either built their businesses or cost them dearly. I speak so that a room leaves with something it can act on, not just something it enjoyed hearing.

I Mentor
Growth gets easier when someone who has already walked the path is walking it with you.
My mentorship work is about you rather than your business. Where you are going, what is standing in your way, and what you need to do differently to get there. Clarity, accountability, and the honest conversation most people never get.
I Write
Writing is how I teach beyond the room. I have published three books on Amazon, and I write regularly about business, money, and the decisions that separate the people who build something lasting from the people who stay busy.
Every piece is written to leave you with something you can use, not something you agree with and forget.
Where Else You Can Find Me
Not everything I do requires you to become a client. These are the places you can encounter my thinking, build the relationships that move businesses forward, and see the work up close before you ever decide to work with me.

A Few Things I Believe That Shape Everything I Do
The problem is rarely what it looks like on the surface. Most business challenges that present as revenue problems are strategy problems. Most strategy problems are structure problems.
And most structure problems come back to the founder not yet having a clear picture of where they are trying to go and what they are actually building. Getting to the real problem is where the work starts.
Structure protects everything
Partnership without structure is a relationship waiting to collapse. Growth without systems is a crisis waiting to happen.
Whatever you are building, write it down, define who owns what, and put the agreements in place before you need them.
Access matters as much as ability
Being good is the foundation. Being positioned where the right people can see you is also part of the work.
Alignment is what makes everything sustainable.
When your identity, your strategy, and your direction are aligned, the work stops feeling like a struggle and starts producing results that last.
From the People I Have Worked With
I came to Favour with a partnership that was falling apart and a business that was losing momentum. He helped me restructure both and the business has not looked back since.
Rachel Abimbola
The Breakfast session I attended gave me more specific, actionable clarity in ninety minutes than most events give me in a full day. The quality of the room and the quality of the conversation were both unlike anything else I have attended in Abuja.
